Snyder Chamber of Commerce

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is a policy-making body of the Chamber of Commerce. The Board consists of 12 directors and 1 ex-officio member representing our Gold Coat organization.

The Executive Committee is comprised of five members of the Board of Directors: President, Past President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and President-Elect. The Executive Director serves on the Executive Committee in an advisory capacity.

The Board generally meets on the third Monday of every month, at noon, and the Executive Committee meets on the preceding Thursday morning at 7 a.m., or as needed.
